Cancellation policy :
a.) Cancellation fee will not be charged for cancellations made 14 days prior to date of Arrival.
b.) 50% or the Total stay will be charged as Cancellation fee if Cancelled after 14 days prior to date of arrival.
No Show:
a) 100% cancellation charge on the basis booked for the total stay.

q CAR (1-2 PAX)

The price for a car with a driver for 50 miles (80 km) a day will be US $ 40.00 per day. If more than 50 miles (80 km) is utilized per day, US $ 0.38 will be charged per additional KM locally.
q MICRO VAN (3 - 6 PAX)
The price for a Micro with a driver for 50 miles (80 km) a day will be US $ 45.00 per day. If more than 50 miles (80 km) is utilized per day, US $ 0.45 will be charged per additional KM locally.
q MINI COACH (7 – 12 PAX)
The price for a mini coach with a driver and assistant for 50 miles (80 km) a day will be US $ 70.00 per day. If more than 50 miles (80 km) is utilized per day, US $ 0.55 will be charged per additional KM locally.

Please note that the mileage is counted from Colombo city to Colombo city.

The above price includes hire of vehicle, driver’s wages & subsistence, gasoline, local insurance, running expenses and the Government tax.

A supplementary cost will apply if an English speaking National guide lecturer is required to accompany the groups in Mini Coaches.

The vehicle will be available for continuous use of a maximum of 0800 hrs between 0700 hrs to 1900 hrs only.
