program/Ship Schedule/cancellation without prior notice/nature and quality of the services offered by SPORTS in these packages.
Ships are operated by Lakshadweep Administration. In case of any change in the ship schedule, liability ofSPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Kochi by immediate available conveyance by ship only.
Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate from SPORTS office at Cochin or from Aspinwall office at Cochin on return.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 20% will be deducted from the package charges, if cancelled on or before 20 days of scheduled ship departure.
Up to 50% will be deducted from the package charges, if cancelled before 12 to 19 days of scheduled ship departure.}
Up to 100% will be deducted if cancelled before less than 12 days of scheduled ship departure.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Prices are strictly confidential. All prices are subject to confirmation and accommodation is subject to availability on confirmation.
2. All reservations must be forwarded via email /fax and reconfirmed by Aspinwall via email /fax.
3. Any amendment to confirmed service will be charged extra for each amendment. For all services, no show fee is 100%. All unused services will not be refunded. In case of cancellation or amendment any extra charge applied by supplier will be levied on the customer.
4. 50% of the amount payable withing 6 days to confirm the seats/booking.
